RCB got the better of the Kolkata Knight Riders by defeating them with a margin of 6 wickets. RCB won the toss in this rain-affected game and chose to bowl first. It was a good start for both the teams. End of the powerplay KKR was 57/2. The partnership between Raghuvanshi and Cameron Green in the middle overs were great. KKR managed to hit 192 runs in their 20 overs with a loss of 4 wickets. Angkrish Raghuvanshi was the top scorer for KKR as he scored 71 runs in 46 balls. In the second innings, RCB started strong as they scored 66 runs in the powerplay with 1 wicket down. At the RCB managed to chase this target down in 19 overs with Virat Kohli scoring his 9th IPL century. With that win RCB is well and truly back on track, by putting brakes to KKR’s winning spree.
